Non-Refundable

Due to the bespoke nature of these creations, returns or full refunds are not available, except under the specific conditions below:

  • Prior to production start: You may request a full refund any time before we receive your bouquet. Once we receive your bouquet materials are committed and work has begun, full refunds are no longer available after that point.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Within 14 days of receipt you may request a free repair, replacement, or other accommodation if the item is defective or damaged. To qualify:

    1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via caseylynn@ruffleeffect.com

    2. Provide your name, order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the damage or defect.

  • Variations in design, color, or materials (especially for organic floral elements) are not defective. Slight differences in bloom color, texture, or handmade details are inherent to the nature of preserved and handcrafted products.
