Processing & Production Time

Because each pressed-floral piece is handcrafted and created uniquely from your bouquet, our production timeline begins after we receive and process your flowers.

  • Orders ship within 12–18 weeks of bouquet removal.

  • This timeframe allows for pressing, preservation, design, assembly, curing, and final quality checks.

  • During peak wedding seasons or holidays, timelines may extend. If so, we will notify you.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via a tracked, insured carrier such as UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email including:

  • Tracking number

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Carrier information

Please allow the carrier 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Larger or framed pieces may incur additional packaging/insurance fees for protection.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your artwork has shipped, transit times are separate from production times.

  • Domestic U.S. orders typically deliver in 2–7 business days.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping for preserved-floral artwork due to fragility and customs restrictions.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

  2. Include your name, order number, and photos of the damaged packaging or artwork (if applicable).

  3. We will open a claim with the carrier and determine replacement or repair options.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to address issues:

  • You may pay to re-ship the item, or

  • Request local pickup (if available).

Local Pickup

If you are located in Southern California, local pickup may be available by appointment. Contact us prior to ordering or after checkout to arrange pickup.
