Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Limited quantities or material availability

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Cancellations for custom work may only be made before production begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Loss or damage during delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

For bouquet preservation services, customers are responsible for shipping or delivering their flowers to us according to the instructions provided at checkout.

  • Update your account information (email, address, payment details) as needed

We may refuse or cancel orders due to inaccurate or outdated billing information.
